Welcome to the University of Heng Samrin Thbongkhmum. As President of UHST, I am honored to lead this institution committed to excellence in education, innovation, and community service.

Since its establishment, UHST has prioritized the expansion of higher education opportunities for students in rural Cambodia. Our programs are designed to equip students with the knowledge, practical skills, and moral values needed for today’s job market and tomorrow’s leadership roles.
