នាថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តម វង សូត អនុប្រធានទី២ រដ្ឋសភាជាតិនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចូលរួមជាគណៈអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ក្នុងពិធីបើកបវេសនកាល ឆ្នាំសិក្សា២០២៥-២០២៦ នៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ហេង សំរិន ត្បូងឃ្មុំ។ កម្មវិធីនេះ មានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំខេត្ត មន្ទីរអង្គភាពជុំវិញខេត្ត និងសិស្ស-និស្សិតសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ហេង សំរិន ត្បូងឃ្មុំ សរុបចំនួន ១១១២នាក់។

On 12 December 2025, His Excellency Vong Soth, Second Vice President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, presided as the distinguished guest of honor at the Opening Ceremony of the Academic Year 2025–2026 at the University of Heng Samrin Tboung Khmum.

The event was attended by the university’s leadership, provincial authorities, representatives from relevant departments and institutions in the province, as well as students of the University of Heng Samrin Tboung Khmum, with a total attendance of 1,112 participants.
